Road trauma is still a leading cause of death for children in Western Australia. Early education is our best defense against road trauma, that’s why we run road safety excursions at Constable Care Safety School. Our unique outdoor facility is a model town, complete with working traffic lights, railway crossings, train stations and more. Here children learn how to be safe on bikes, as pedestrians and on public transport.
Help us promote road safety and your class could win an all-expenses paid excursion to Constable Care Safety School in Maylands during National Road Safety Week!
Students will also enjoy a mascot appearance from Constable Care himself!
Simply take a photo or short video of a group of students 'shining a light on road safety'. This could be:
- students wearing yellow or high vis
- showing off the reflectors on their bikes
- displaying a road safety poster etc.
Be creative, and make sure you include yellow – the official colour of National Road Safety Week – in some way.
1. Email the photo or video to email@example.com
2. Post the photo or video and tag @Constable Care Child Safety Foundation and #NRSW
Three lucky classes will be awarded a Constable Care Safety School excursion PLUS transport costs, during National Road Safety Week (16, 19 or 20 November 2020)
Entries close 25 September 2020. Terms and conditions apply.
