To address this community need the Constable Care Child Safety Foundation provides professional Child Safety Management Services at WA’s family-oriented events both large and small, including the Perth Royal Show, Telethon Kids Carnival, Mandurah Crab Fest, Christmas Pageant, Skyworks, Anzac Day, Joondalup Festival, HBF Run for a Reason and many other local government festivals and community events.

Constable Care’s highly visible Family Meeting Points and Child Safety Stops are positioned at prominent locations such as entrance gates and near event attractions. They act as locations where parents can collect Constable Care Contact Information Stickers for their children, and as a safe refuge and trusted reporting point for lost children if families becomes separated at the event.

Completely scalable to the size of the event, from one to ten points or more, Constable Care’s Lost Child Service offers self-sufficient Lost Child Safety Stops that can operate completely autonomously, liaise closely with your event organiser, and also integrate seamlessly with your onsite event security and Police presence.

Each Lost Child Safety Stop Includes:

  • Two “Working with Children Checked” fully trained uniformed staff
  • One 3m x 3m highly visible “Family Meeting Point” pop up marquee and/or umbrella
  • Trestle tables, Constable Care tablecloths and chairs
  • Safety stickers and pens
  • Cardboard giveaway police hats and Constable Care stickers
  • Free sunscreen for all patrons
  • Toys and diversionary activities for lost children

This professional service is comparable to the actual cost of using internal staff and resources, yet delivers a best-practice turnkey solution to lost child management that frees up event staff to undertake the many other tasks required of them.

The service provides a post-event report, identifying lost child activity, issues and outcomes on the day, and our Lost Child Services can also be integrated with onsite Constable Care Mascot appearances and/or stage performances at an event for a small additional cost.
