We’d like to introduce our supporters to the newest member of the Constable Care Team: Dr. Joe Adusei.
Joe will be working with us to develop and implement outcome and impact measures for all of our programs and services, so that we can ensure that we can measure and maximise the difference we’re making to the children of Western Australia.
Joe is a Senior Lecturer at Edith Cowan University, and has a PhD in Social Science. Joe has been carrying out evaluative research, policy analysis and program impact assessment for 15 years, providing strategic insights to universities, CEOs, corporate executives, project directors and policymakers in four different countries: Australia, Ghana, The Netherlands and Sri Lanka. Joe has also worked on projects of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, West Australia’s Public Sector Commission, West Australia’s Mental Health Commission, the City of Wanneroo, the World Bank, the European Union, and the Government of Ghana.
Joe has produced over 50 publications in project reports, journal articles, book chapters and conference presentations, on subjects such as policy impact assessment, community-driven social planning, gender and development, equity issues in higher education, and Pentecostalism. We’re looking forward to benefiting from Joe’s extraordinary skills, knowledge and experience, and we’re excited to be welcoming him to the Constable Care team.
Joe says he is looking forward to contributing to child safety in WA and that his favourite quote is "Your today will be yesterday tomorrow, so be careful."Dr Joe Adusei is our Evaluation & Research Coordinator. Learn more about our staff here.
